We are looking for a/an PTP Team Lead  to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting  team in Spain. As a PTP Lead you’ll oversee and optimize PTP operations within our Center of Excellence (CoE). You’ll guide a talented team, ensuring seamless alignment with global standards and fostering innovation in processes. Your role will be pivotal in managing supplier queries, payment proposals, AP aging, P-Card administration, and Travel and Expense (T&E) management.

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • First point of contact for assigned operational PTP CoE hub staff.
  • Lead and manage a team of PTP Specialists, setting clear objectives, evaluating performance, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including T&E expense reporting, review and approval of expense reports, compliance checks, and timely reimbursement.
  • Oversee the administration of the P-Card program, ensuring proper issuance, usage, and approval of expense reports and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other departments to enhance PTP policies and procedures, including P-Card and T&E.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PTP, Accounts Payable, or related finance roles.
  • Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, iScala) and expense management systems (e.g., Concur, AppZen).
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
