Invoicing & Collection Clerk / Accounting Team Member - Full Time - MadridSpain

We are looking for a/an Invoicing & Collection Clerk / Accounting Team Member  to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting  team in Spain to process all accounting operations in the area of invoicing and collection management 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
  • Monitor customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and handle collections
  • Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues
  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to receivables
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes
  • Support external service provider handling OTC and RTR activities
  • Master data maintenance

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Excellent communication skills, autonomous, team-oriented, customer-oriented, conscientious and diligent, open to change, confident, discreet, resilient, aptitude for numbers.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, multiple areas of responsibility, no leadership experience required.
  • Professional and technical knowledge in MS Office Excel (formulas, functions, pivot), SAP FI/CO.
  • English (B2/C1 Advanced), German (B1 Intermediate).
  • Organizational talent and negotiation skills not applicable.
