We are looking for a/an Global IT Services & Costing Manager to join our GF_IT team in Spain to be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of IT Services across the organization, as well as implementing and operating frameworks and processes to improve IT cost transparency. This role involves ensuring that IT Services are aligned with business needs and objectives, managing service delivery, and leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance IT licensing and cost management.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Global IT Service Manager:
- Enhance global IT Service Management processes following ITIL best practices.
- Manage and improve the outsourced IT Service Desk operations and metrics.
- Analyze and enhance IT service delivery effectiveness.
- Coordinate with regional/local service managers and process owners.
- Act as escalation point for major incidents.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, including disaster recovery plans.
IT Costing Manager:
- Improve IT cost transparency and allocation processes.
- Oversee cost management, license management, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate cost reporting and budgeting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Costing Management roles, preferably in large organizations.
- Track record implementing and operating licenses and IT Cost management framework and processes, preferably in ServiceNow.
- ITIL certification or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with IT costing in ServiceNow and leveraging CMDB information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
