Join our Marketing Communications team in Madrid and help us to make Digital Marketing to excellent.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who possesses a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and digital marketing.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

1.    Website Rehaul and Content Optimization:

  • In charge of company’s website rehaul for the Chemtech division.
  • Optimizing web content keywords and text to drive high search engine rankings.
  • Performing website (Sitecore) update activities to ensure all content is high quality, up-to-date, and consistent with brand and style guidelines.
     

2.    Lead Management and Nurturing:

  • Optimize the lead scoring model and manage the process to increase the success of lead quality and volume.
  • Manage essential marketing operations initiatives in Nexus/CRM, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Development and execution of compelling lead nurture programs across target business segments and sales funnel stages.
     

3.    Campaigns and Social Media:

  • Setting-up newsletter, webinar, and social media campaigns, other together with Business Unit MarCom responsible.
  • Daily social media posting, including creating posts based on provided input.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
     

4.    Sales Enablement and Integration:

  • Educating the sales teams regarding demand generation processes and tools to ensure leads conversion.
  • In charge of Marketing Automation integration with Salesforce CRM and integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
     

5.    Reporting and Metrics:

  • Reporting relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
     

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

•    Proven work experience in website creation and maintenance, marketing automation, content marketing and social media marketing
•    Excellent understanding of CRM, Nexus, Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must
•    Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in lead management, marketing automation and digital marketing project management 
•    Proficient in developing training materials and coaching learners
•    Excellent knowledge in website analytics (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager)
•    Able to effectively work and communicate at all levels within a matrix organization
•    Analytical mindset
•    High degree of independence and pragmatism 
•    Fluency in English, any additional language considered a plus
