Content Manager - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a/an Content Manager to join our team in Spain to develop, manage, and optimize high-quality content strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, and performance monitoring of a comprehensive marketing content strategy to position Chemtech as a holistic solution provider across its business units offerings.
- Establish us as a thought leader and go to partner for distillation, separation, process plants, polymers and clean & green solutions.
- Customer segmentation and further development of the customer journey and personas.
- Further development of the existing value proposition and messaging.
- Building and managing the content factory for creating content, e.g., to promote our products and solutions.
- Implementing omnichannel communication measures along the customer journey for all relevant channels.
- Marketing planning and campaign content management in coordination with other cross-functional areas, such as Product Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing.
- Continuous development of the content strategy and review of existing content and content mapping.
- Manage external agencies and service providers and coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as product management, sales, business development, and corporate communications.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our marketing content and derive optimization potentials (SEO).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Completed university degree a focus on Marketing, Communication, Media, journalism/writing, or a comparable course of study/training.
- Minimum of five years of experience in implementing successful marketing content strategies ideally with a relevant client focus.
- Creativity, innovative spirit, and the ability to put new ideas into practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in working with and managing agencies and service providers.
- Very good intercultural competence, team player with a high level of initiative, independence, flexibility, and solution orientation.
- Hands-on mentality and the drive to make things happen with passion.
