We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Improvement Expert to join our dynamic team. In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in delivering critical business transformation initiatives, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to embed operational excellence into our business culture and accelerating the speed, efficiency, and quality of our operations.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
• ERP Implementation Leadership: Drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP, including planning, integration, governance, training, budgeting, and resource management.
• Review Continuous Improvement plans and cost-saving projections of the operations, challenging where necessary and identifying additional continuous improvements wherever possible
• Roll out Sulzer’s Lean programs and campaigns across the business.
• Implement proven tools and methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma to drive cultural and operational maturity.
• Measure progress using defined KPIs and support the business in achieving sustainable improvement.
• Training and support of the ES, LEAN, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all departments and coordination of internal RCA activities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects in an industrial environment, ideally with SAP.
• Strong project management capabilities, from planning through to execution and post-go-live support.
• Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset with strong change management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience acting as an informal leader, with the ability to coach and guide others.
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
