Projects Dynamics 365 Administrator - Part Time 40% - Lomm, Netherlands

Join our Sulzer Turbo Services team, part of Sulzer Services, which is one of the world's most advanced independent providers of repair, overhaul, and maintenance within the turbine industry. From Venlo (Lomm) or on site, we provide our customers worldwide with solid, customer-oriented, and flexible support for their Compressors, Steam and Gas Turbines. Please join our proud and highly skilled international crew as a Project Dynamics 365 Administrator.

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Maintain project details in ERP based on feedback from Project Managers

• Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring of projects

• Analyze project margin development and seek feedback on deviations

• Support Project Managers to raise timely invoices to customers

• Attend (bi)weekly meetings and document actions to resolve roadblocks

• Support Project Managers to tabulate project financials

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2–3 years of work experience in financial support and ERP systems

• Strong understanding of project financials and invoicing processes

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player

• Proactive, pragmatic, and detail-oriented approach

• Fluency in English
