We have an exciting opening at Sulzer for the role of Global Resourcer /Researcher. This role offers a remarkable chance to work on a global scale, conducting extensive talent searches across various regions to discover the best candidates. Your responsibilities will involve close cooperation with Hiring Managers and Senior Directors, focusing on thorough research and the cultivation of insight in talent networks and regional cultures.  
This role presents an exciting chance for you to shape our sourcing channels and oversee the company's talent pool. You will regularly engage with both active and passive candidates during a pivotal growth phase.

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Providing guidance and executing an effective global sourcing strategy
  • Managing the diverse sourcing channels used and taking ownership of the assigned division's talent pool, with regular interactions with both active and passive candidates
  • Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including platforms like LinkedIn, individually, and through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles
  • Developing and implementing initiatives for candidate engagement, such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies
  • Creating proactive talent pipelines and establishing pools of pre-qualified candidates
  • Maintaining communication with candidates in the existing talent pool to gather and capture up-to-date market intelligence.
  • Engaging candidates in meaningful and well-informed conversations about potential opportunities

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–5 years of experience as Researcher /Resourcer, with a preference for experience beyond the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA ) region
  • Proven insight in recruiting within engineering fields 
  • A track record of handling high-volume recruitment.
  • Established proficiency in professional networking and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media for candidate identification
  • Experience in a dynamic and evolving, high-performance, and client-centric environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
  • Strong proficiency in various sourcing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ATS's 
  • A friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role
