We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join and strengthen our team. Within this role you will manage multiple projects, ensuring these are delivered to the customers satisfaction, are well-planned, whilst ensuring the management of deliverables and the coordination of new projects are met.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for monitoring and communicating project deliverables including but not limited to hardware, financial and commercial outputs, dispute management, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery
  • Driving maximisation of project profitability through effective variation management
  • Ensuring that timely client and internal meetings are arranged  
  • Responsible for reporting, driving, and controlling project-specific milestones and achievement to project budgets, with appropriate feedback to colleagues
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers 
  • Dependent upon the level of experience, Mentoring, directing, motivating, and monitoring the performance of nominated Project Managers


To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • HND/Degree in engineering or business discipline and/or a project management qualification
  • Relevant experience within related industry ideally Oil and Gas  
  • Experience in managing complex projects
  • Experience in contract negotiation in a commercial environment
  • Supplier/Customer management experience
  • Self-starter – self-motivated
  • Strong delegation skills
  • Results and target orientated – proven record
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both clients facing and internal
  • Solid time management and organisational skills
  • Manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project financial skills
