At our Leeds site, we are looking for an Administrator to support our Tendering and Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and professional service to both customers and internal teams.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the Tendering handover KPI
  • Completing customer pre-qualification files
  • Updating SPUK reference lists for all pump types upon receipt of POB from Tendering Engineers
  • Assisting with tender document completion, including comments and deviations
  • Managing stationery requirements and BMS maintenance
  • Supporting company initiatives in safety, environmental protection, and continuous improvement
  • Handling various administrative duties as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal, teamworking, and relationship management skills
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to act independently, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities
  • GCSE or equivalent in English (Maths preferred)
  • Relevant experience in an administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
