Digital Marketing Manager - Full Time - Leeds, United Kingdom

You will help our inspirational team, by supporting and leading all digital marketing and project management campaign and engineer imaginative initiatives that will attract viewers, you will help analyse our website traffic and continuously improve the user experience.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Development and execution of Digital Marketing and Project Management activities
- Drive customer engagement and lead generation for the growth markets and its offerings
- Engage with Product Line and Regional Marketing Communications leads to drive innovation and create plans for digital marketing & marketing technology program
- Improve core competencies relevant to marketing automation, digital advertising, social media, and search engine optimization
- Act as a champion for digital marketing by drawing up well-conceived guidelines, tools, and educational material
- Develop and lead all relevant internal digital services, including web design, 3rd party platforms and digital asset management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on digital
- Digital marketing experience focusing on SEO and website analytics
- Experience with SEA, Digital PR, demand generation and preferably email
- Proven skills in Project Management for digital marketing and marketing technology practices
- A strong desire to develop a deeper understanding of our business and markets
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills with a positive and encouraging attitude
- In-depth experience in managing and growing audience engagement,
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, other languages are a plus
- Team player with ability to work independently
- An experienced networker with strategic thinking capabilities and a hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor and report progress
