In this role you will be accountable for: 

  • Utilise your skills to assemble a diverse range of pumps within the Sulzer family
  • Manage the dynamic balancing of components and rotors to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct component detailing for correct hydraulic behaviours on the test bed and in the field
  • Skilfully handle skid packaging and alignments of pumps, motors, and gearboxes
  • Work with high specification engineering drawings to meet quality standards

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • Completed apprenticeship in mechanical or plant engineering
  • Relevant experience with rotating equipment in a related industry
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Enthusiastic approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
