Join our team within Services division in Australia as Works Manager to help us take Sulzer to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Control the flow of jobs through the workshop including; scheduling, priorities, progress updates and productivity.
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are communicated and implemented within designated area of control.
- Identify training needs for workshop staff and ensure workshop personnel remain up to date with all Work Instructions.
- Uphold long term customer relationships that have been established by the Business Development & Sales teams.
- Assist the Service Centre Manager with overall running of the Service Centre.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Trade Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ Years’ experience in supervisory position.
- 5+ years’ experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level skills in time management.
