Join our Services_APAC  team within Services division in Australia as Turbine Fitter - Electrical to help us take Sulzer to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • The inspection, repair and overhaul of electro-mechanical equipment including High, Medium and Low Voltage electric motors, generators, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment.
  • Take direction from Supervisor/ Management to ensure day to day section runs smoothly
  • Control the flow of jobs through the Department including; scheduling, priorities, progress updates and productivity.
  • Understanding and commitment to adhering to operating in alignment with company values, safety; and quality procedures/policies
  • Attend onsite to effectively conduct repair of electrical rotating equipment

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Trade Certificate level III in Electrical Fitting; Electrical Machine Repair; or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in repair and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • High level skills in time management.
