Project Coordinator - Full Time - Laverton North, Australia

We are looking for a/an Project Coordinator to join our Services_APAC team in Australia .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Work with Service Centre Management to meet defined targets (Budget, Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery).
- Full lifecycle coordination of all projects from purchase order to delivery.
- Develop and implement Project Schedules for multiple projects within a workshop environment.
- Ensure planning of workshop projects to deliver on schedule and budget.
- Provide regular and accurate reporting of project status.
- Accurately forecast resource requirements and workshop capacity for new project work.
- Liaise with Management and Sales Teams to support new project opportunities.
- Coordinate and order materials and subcontractors to support project delivery including raising and receipting PO’s.
- Maintain controlled stock levels for consumable materials and supplies.
- Organize shipping or collection of completed projects back to the end user.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5 years + Experience as a Project Coordinator or Supervisor within a workshop environment.
- Experience in Electro Mechanical Services
- Ability to develop and maintain a schedule for project activities.
- Microsoft office experience
- D365, SAP, JDE or similar ERP experience. (D365 Preferred)
- Attention to detail
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to engage and work with others
