We are looking for a/an Project Coordinator  to join our Services_APAC  team in Australia .
 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Work with Service Centre Management to meet defined targets (Budget, Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery).
  • Full lifecycle coordination of all projects from purchase order to delivery.
  • Develop and implement Project Schedules for multiple projects within a workshop environment.
  • Ensure planning of workshop projects to deliver on schedule and budget.
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting of project status.
  • Accurately forecast resource requirements and workshop capacity for new project work.
  • Liaise with Management and Sales Teams to support new project opportunities.
  • Coordinate and order materials and subcontractors to support project delivery including raising and receipting PO’s.
  • Maintain controlled stock levels for consumable materials and supplies.
  • Organize shipping or collection of completed projects back to the end user.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • 5 years + Experience as a Project Coordinator or Supervisor within a workshop environment. 
  • Experience in Electro Mechanical Services 
  • Ability to develop and maintain a schedule for project activities.
  • Microsoft office experience 
  • D365, SAP, JDE or similar ERP experience. (D365 Preferred) 
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of communication skills. 
  • Ability to engage and work with others
