We provide a challenging and rewarding work environment where diversity is valued as a key driver for success. We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and motivated Account Manager to join our team. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • To develop growth plans for the allocated territory and implement and execute these growth plans, including sufficient processes to measure the success of the growth
  • Execution of the Account Manager Plan and collaborate with other sales staff towards an annual budget
  • To co-ordinate and manage the activities including visit plans and ensure we develop a culture of aggressive goal achievement 
  • To ensure the Head of Services Sales and Sales Excellence Business Partner receives prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting
  • To produce and own Forecasts for Order Intake with alignment from the Sales Excellence Business Partner
  • To work closely with Service Centers and management to understand the WIP, quoting and order management to identify opportunities for improvement and jointly develop plans to deliver on these opportunities

 

Experience 

  • Previous experience within Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, Large Electric Motor Service, Turbine required
  • 5+ Years’ experience in sales/customer service roles. 
  • 5+ years experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.
  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High-level negotiation skills.
  • High-level skills in time management.
  • Ability to engage and work with others.
  • Travel ~ >30% of time.
  • Ability to quickly develop and interpret technical data
