Marketing and Communications Manager

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement the Marketing and Communication strategy for RES US, in line 
    with divisional and Sulzer’s long term aspirations
  • Manage communications, internal to Sulzer employees, and external to customers and 
    other business partners in alignment with RES HQ M&C
  • Directly manage communication/marketing initiatives in close cooperation with divisional 
    M&C
  • Support divisional M&C in managing Sulzer’s website and intranet page
  • Support RES AME in their communication and sales promotion needs, including sales 
    brochures and article publications
  • Support in monitoring and analyzing market trends
  • Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets for RES AME

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  •  B.A in Communications and Marketing from an accredited college or university – M.A. 
    and/or digital marketing certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership, marketing, communication and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage a team and manage budgets
  • Minimum 8 - 10years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, public 
    relations and social media
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years’ experience in digital marketing strategy
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative market, customer and data 
    analysis
  • Proficient in digital marketing data collection, analyzation, customer profiling, dashboards, 
    etc.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, campaign logic and workflows – HubSpot, 
    Callidus Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot preferred
  • Proficient in social automation platforms – Spredfast, Hootsuite, Gaggle Amp, etc.
