We are looking for a/an VH Millwright  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Disassemble, inspect, and assemble compressors, turbines, gearboxes, expanders and other rotating/reciprocating equipment. Assemble machines as per instructed by Supervisor
  • Possess a sufficient quantity of professional hand tools to adequately perform daily assignments
  • Comply with the requirements of risk assessments and safety procedures. Use PPE as identified in risk assessments or other related safety documents. Observe company Safety Policy
  • Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Be ready to travel to job site when called with tools and safety equipment. Be on the job site at the scheduled time
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge of projects, materials and procedures to better perform duties including safety

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent and Valid driver's License
  • Ablity to obtain a (TWIC) Transportation Workers Identification Credentials
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability learn technical and design aspects for Rotating and Reciprocating Equipmen t service and repairs Physical ability to work in a shop and field environments
  • Experienced in driven equipment repair such as generators, compressors, and pumps. Experience in alignments
  • Work experience on rotating and reciprocating equipment from various equipment manufactuers is preferred
