Rotating Equipment Engineer

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Repairs of steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors and hot gas expander
- Failure analysis of rotating equipment
- Reverse engineering and CAD modeling of parts as required for the engineering tasks
- Structural and modal analysis for design and evaluation
- Aerodynamic re-rates
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Prior experience in the field of turbomachinery (steam turbines, compressors, gas turbines, pumps) is highly preferable.
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, Siemens NX), reverse engineering equipment and software
- Experience with engineering analysis packages (ANSYS)
- Excellent writing and presenting skills (technical reports, proposals, presentations)
