We are looking for a/an [[Production Engineer Core]] to join our [[Sulzer]] team in [[La Porte, Texas]] .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring safe operating practices/procedures are established and followed
- Work with Department Managers to develop and implement procedures and processes that streamline the planning, scheduling, and execution of work through the departments
- Responsible for ensuring environmental procedures are established and followed
- Responsible for ensuring quality procedures are established and followed
- Attends Daily Production Meetings
- Work with Estimating personnel to develop and implement procedures and processes that streamline and increase the accuracy of job scoping
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Engineering Degree plus 1 year hands-on mechanical experience
- Knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair
