We are looking for a/an [[Production Engineer Core]]  to join our [[Sulzer]]  team in [[La Porte, Texas]] .

 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Responsible for ensuring safe operating practices/procedures are established and followed
  •  Work with Department Managers to develop and implement procedures and processes that streamline the planning, scheduling, and execution of work through the departments
  •  Responsible for ensuring environmental procedures are established and followed
  •  Responsible for ensuring quality procedures are established and followed
  •  Attends Daily Production Meetings
  • Work with Estimating personnel to develop and implement procedures and processes that streamline and increase the accuracy of job scoping

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • Engineering Degree plus 1 year hands-on mechanical experience
  •  Knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair
