We are looking for a/an Procurement Manager  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .

 


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for rotating equipment, spare parts, and maintenance services.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and assess risks to maintain competitive pricing and supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and establish purchasing plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards in all procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment disputes with suppliers.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
