Inventory Operations Specialist

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the Inventory Manager in managing onsite WIP, non-working WIP, speculative inventory, and customer rotor storage, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation across all categories
- Coordinate the movement of inventory items through the facility during repair cycles, maintaining visibility and updating stakeholders on progress and status
- Develop and maintain cost estimates for speculative inventory items requiring repair, working closely with technical teams to validate scope and feasibility
- Manage offsite rotor storage inventory, including conducting inventory counts, assessing item condition, and coordinating project releases
- Travel to offsite locations as needed to perform audits, inspections, and support inventory-related activities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory status, movement, and condition across ERP system
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (ERP experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
