Join our Services_AME  team within Services division in United States as Fuel Nozzle / Flow Test Technician to help us take Turbo Services to the next level. 


In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Perform flow testing and adjust combustion assemblies. 

  • Perform disassembly and reassembly fuel nozzle components.

  • Ability to set up and operate Flow benches to gather test results.

  • Use a computer to operate Flow Systems software and Microsoft Excel to generate flow test reports.

  • Use precision measurement tools and gauges.

  • Perform periodic maintenance on equipment.

  • Assist in identifying issues and initiating corrective action processes as necessary.

  • Troubleshoot quality problems and help interpret results.

  • Use blueprint, gauges, torque measuring devices and/or other equipment to ensure conformance to quality specifications.

  • Perform ultrasonic cleaning of fuel nozzle assemblies.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

  • Maintain accurate time logs daily basis.

  • Must be open to cross training and learning other task such as welding

  • Properly dispose of waste materials according to regulations.

  • Perform Safety Walks and Safety observations as required.

  • Properly use and operate the overhead cranes and forklifts.

  • Complete company require safety training programs.

  • Comply with the requirements of risk manager assessments and safety procedures.

  • Use PPE as identified in risk assessments or other related safety documents


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair preferred

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

  • Possesses strong computer, written and oral skills

  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary

Location: We are based in La Porte (TX).  



Working hours will be determined by workload and shift coverage needs.  Typically, Day shift will start at 5:00am and end between 1:30 PM and 5:00PM; Night Shift will start between 5:00PM and end between 01:30AM and 5:00AM.
