Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

 

  • Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of critical assets, including machine tools, cranes, HVAC systems, air compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components.
  • Plan, manage, and execute facility expansions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring all projects meet operational and safety requirements.
  • Oversee the selection, negotiation, and supervision of all contractors and service providers performing work on-site, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Lead and optimize inventory management operations, ensuring efficient storage, tracking, and movement of work-in-progress materials and essential parts.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive environment for employees.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in facility management, industrial operations, or maintenance leadership, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
  • Proven experience managing maintenance teams, construction projects, inventory operations, and contractor coordination in a complex industrial setting.
  • Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment and building infrastructure.
  • Experience with inventory management, space optimization, and logistics in a facility with work-in-progress materials.
