We are looking for a/an Document Control Administrator to join our Services_AME  team in United States .


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Maintaining, updating, and reviewing all project, procedure, quality, and safety documentation and photos for the Aero division, ensuring storage to appropriate system of record.
  • Manage calibration documents for Houston Aero and enter data into Gagepack. Ensure all company and employee QC tools/standards are calibrated in accordance with STS-000410/480.
  • Manage safety reporting, shop walks, toolbox topics, weld cert, and QPI documentation
  • Responsible for upkeep of Turbodocs, doc numbers, project numbers, project/engineering drawings and revisions on various spreadsheets and systems of record.
  • Perform clerical, organizational, and other job duties to support the Aero division and production team as assigned.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, written communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work effectively, and multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and with PDF software. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus.
