[[Document Control Representative]] - Full Time - La Porte (TX)United States

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Write/update ISO documents.
  • Maintain all Big Bay ISO Manuals & Documents
  • Notify personnel and post changes to ISO or safety documents
  • Perform clerical needs for Big Bay Department.
  • Assist Big Bay Operations Superintendent, Production Supervisor, or his designees with special projects.
  • Attend production meetings to stay up to date with projects.
  • Maintain calibration documents for Big Bay
  • Create and maintain job folders.
  • Assemble and type job documentation for Turbodoc packages.
  • Upload pictures to the network from jobs. 
  • Prepare & finalize Turbodoc packages to be sent to the customer.
  • Maintain closed job excel log for Big Bay.
  • Scan old jobs files to the S: drive and have files shredded.
  • Create purchase orders for supplies, calibrations, and repairs.
  • Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement.
  • In addition, scan all calibration certs, QPI meeting forms, shop safety walks, toolbox talk sign in sheets, welding certs and files in designated folder.
