[[Document Control Administrator]] - Full Time - La Porte (TX)United States

 

 

 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for researching background information and organizing PM’s OneNote notes for Rotor/Balance Department projects
  • Responsible for updating Shop Notes into MS D365 for Rotor/Balance Department projects
  • Prepare MS Projects Gantt charts for projects
  • Update job releases in D365
  • Responsible for filing documents (TWI’s, reports, completed PO’s, packing list, etc.) in respective folders.
  • Upload all pictures from jobs into job folders.
  • Scan old jobs files to the L: drive and have files shredded.
  • Create and maintain project job files as needed.
  • Attend Rotor/Balance Department bi-weekly production meetings and provide minutes for all attendees Submit completed  
  • Responsible for keeping up with turbo docs, doc numbers, and revisions on spreadsheet.
  • Perform clerical duties as needed for the Rotor/Balance Department.
  • Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement.

 

 

 

 

What you bring to Sulzer:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong background with OneNote, Projects, Word, Excel and PDF.
  • Background with MS D365

SHIFT:

Working hours are typically 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday.  However, it may be required that the position work after hours and weekends based on work load and shift coverage.
