Construction Utility Technician

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Manager with day-to-day project supervision and coordination tasks.
- Archive and maintain project documentation, including photos and digitized records.
- Move, assemble, and install furniture or equipment as needed to support project activities.
- Operate forklifts and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Support contractor, vendor, and permitting agency communications and follow-up.
- Perform general construction site tasks, including cleanup, materials handling, and site preparation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other construction equipment (training provided if necessary).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and responsible work practices.
