[[Combustion Technician]] - Full Time - La Porte (TX)United States

We are looking for a/an [[Combustion Technician]]  to join our [[Sulzer]]  team in [[Component]] .


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Read, understand, and follow drawings and prints.
  • Beginner in Tig welding, stick.
  • Ability to manually round out parts using a hydraulic ram.
  • Use precision measurement tools and gauges.
  • Willing to provide his own toolbox and hand tools.
  • Willing to work and train in a high pace work environment.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • Beginner knowledge in mechanical welding and fabrication.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair preferred.
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
