We are looking for a/an Blaster Technician Night Shift  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Properly clean blast booth and dispense of used materials
  • Responsible for preparing parts for processing sand blast room
  • Prepare rotors and components for class or bead blasting
  • Properly blast of glass bead rotors and components; properly delivering to the appropriate department
  • Properly use and operate the overhead cranes and forklifts
  • Comply with the requirements of risk manager assessments of other related safety documents
  • Do not undertake activities that have not been risk assessed or where an assessment is not available understood

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Minimum of 2 years blaster experience in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary
  • High school diploma of GED equivalent
