We are looking for a/an Associate Buyer  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

  • To assist with purchase orders and to forward related information to buyer for process
  • To follow up on all purchase orders for correct delivery dates and to input prices as needed
  • To expedite all open purchase orders for delivery and pricing information and to input that information into the respective purchase order.
  • To follow up and attain information from all critical vendors for terms and conditions and to file their information within those vendor files.
  • To attain insurance, terms and conditions, and all related documents for all critical sub-contractors, to be valid to use on site at Sulzer or on site with Field Service crews.
  • To provide all clerical assistance as needed for the Purchasing Department

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • High School diploma or higher
  • Strong organization and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
