 We are looking for a/an Air Sprayer Hi-Coat  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .

 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grit blasting, and masking as necessary to ensure proper adhesion of thermal spray coatings.
  • Air Spray Application: Apply paints and/or slurries using HVLP/conventional spray equipment.
  • Material Selection: Select appropriate materials based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Inspect coated surfaces for uniformity, thickness, and adherence to standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of coating parameters, material usage, and process details.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of air spray equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on air spray equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Experience: Previous experience in air spraying is preferred. Ability to learn turbomachinery equipment basics.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and meticulousness in coating application to achieve consistent results.
  • Safety Consciousness: Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols. Ability to safely operate forklifts.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Documentation Skills: Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Physical Stamina: The role involves standing, lifting, and working in a variety of environments. Physical ability to work in a shop environment.
  • Shift Availability: This is a day shift position. Be available to work overtime when necessary.
