We are looking for a/an Aero Mechanic  to join our Services_AME  team in United States .


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Disassemble, inspect, and assemble power turbines, gas generators, and accessory gear, and accessory components associated with aeroderivative machinery.
  • Possess a proficient knowhow of professional hand tools to adequately perform daily assignments.
  • Continuously gain knowledge of products, materials, and procedures to better perform duties, including updating safety processes.
  • Keep the work areas clean and well-organized during disassembly, inspection, assembly, and when the job is completed.
  • Be ready to travel to job site or test facility when called on with tools and safety equipment.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Hands-on shop and/or field service experience in aero-derivative turbomachinery repair.
  • Technical knowledge of aero-derivative turbomachinery repair.
  • 4+ years of aeroderivative machinery experience is preferred but not required.
