Credit Control Manager Nordics
Are you ready to take the lead in managing credit risk and driving financial excellence across the Nordics? At Sulzer, we are looking for a Credit Control Manager who will play a key role in ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash processes and supporting business growth. This position is based in Kotka or Helsinki, Finland, and it requires working at the office. The salary for this position ranges between 4200-4700 EUR/month. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills and experience.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and maintain credit control procedures aligned with global policies.
• Evaluate customer credit applications using financial analysis and scoring models.
• Monitor credit exposures, set and adjust credit limits, and recommend strategies to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections teams, Project Managers, and Sales to resolve credit issues.
• Present credit reports and risk assessments to management, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance credit processes and systems.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience: 5+ years in OTC, credit analysis, or risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit scoring, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Tagetik and Qlik Sense are a plus.
• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
