Come and join Medmix as our Manufacturing Engineer. If you are highly motivated, inquisitive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail with an engineering background in assembly processes, you can help us take Medmix to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Maintaining elements used within the Manufacturing Bill of Materials, (BoM) timings, material usage, costing etc.
- Design and develop production processes and strategies for new products and bespoke production equipment
- Identify areas within manufacturing where continuous improvements can be achieved
- Support the engineering team to ensure that existing plant and machinery operates efficiently
- Identify budgeted expenditure for new machinery, equipment, tooling and jigs and fixtures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree Qualified Engineering or Manufacturing Discipline (preferred)
- Extensive experience of volume manufacturing (preferred)
- Proficient MS Word and Excel skills
- Ability to act independently
- Excellent Communication and influencing skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Attention to detail

Location: We are based in Hungerford. The charming market town is conveniently placed for access to the local towns of Swindon and Newbury, with Great transportation links being just off junction 14 of the M4 motorway. Hungerford is also on the main train line from London Paddington to the West Country.
