Junior Sales Manager – Hungerford

Location:  Hungerford, Berkshire with UK Wide Travel


Are you looking for a role where you can develop and grow your assigned accounts, matching your customer’s needs with our innovative products?


Based in Hungerford, Berkshire with some UK wide travel, as Junior Sales manager you will be responsible for increasing sales of both cartridges and dispensers across your assigned accounts.


Working in partnership with our customers, you will ensure they have the best products to meet their needs and are satisfied with our service.

Working alongside the area sales manager your duties will include:-

  • Implementing plans to increase sales revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Achieving revenue growth through customer retention and new business development.
  • Taking responsibility for direct selling and the appointment/management of distributors and agents.
  • Promoting the Company and its products at trade fairs as appropriate.
  • Negotiating terms of business.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and correspondence where appropriate.
  • Producing reports and providing other relevant information as required by the company.
  • Liaising with production, engineering and other departments as appropriate.


About you:

  • Should be HND qualified or above in a business or sales discipline, a degree qualification would be desirable
  • Should have previous experience within a field sales role
  • Should be technically minded
  • Previous experience within a personal equipment or tools environment would be an advantage
  • Be flexible to travel throughout the UK to meet our customers
