Sulzer Mixpac’ s COX™ and MK™ dispensers are the market-leading brand for handheld sealant and adhesive dispensers. In combination with Sulzer Mixpac’ s strong position as a technology leader and system provider, we offer a complete product range of mixing, dosing, and application systems. 
Based in Hungerford, Berkshire, with occasional travel, you will be responsible for increasing sales of both cartridges and dispensers across your assigned accounts. 

In this role you will be accountable for: –

  • Account Management and optimisation of existing customers
  • Warm Lead development and New Lead Generation 
  • Executing campaigns to drive sales with new customers 
  • Responding to requests for Quotation and product selection
  • Following-up on aged and live quotations with intent to win and close
  • Proactively making calls with new prospects.
  • Forecasting orders and revenue
  • Customer Issue Resolution Ownership and related customer communication
  • Developing and strengthen customer relationship
  • Capturing all orders and opportunity pipeline in CRM tool


Are you a self-motivated and dynamic individual capable of developing relationships and driving results?  Do you have good communication skills at all levels and the ability to recognise and execute a given opportunity? 
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree level qualification in Business Administration or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer facing commercial role
  • Experience in multicultural environment
  • High level of written and Oral Communication skills
  • Knowledge of a foreign Language (Preferably German) would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office  
  • High level of customer proximity / customer orientation
  • Ability to make cold calls and talk comfortably with others to generate new clients
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) and SAP would be an advantage
  • At ease with matrix environment
  • Good business and commercial acumen

Location: We are based in Hungerford. The charming market town is conveniently placed for access to the local towns of Swindon and Newbury, Great transportation links being just off junction 14 of the M4 motorway. Hungerford is also on the main train line from London Paddington to the West Country.
