Join the sales team at Sulzer Mixpac in partnership with our customers, you will ensure they have the best products to meet their needs and are satisfied with our service, you’ll be central to our continued success, in a company that gives you the platform to create solutions and impact results. This a Home office based role with UK travel for customer meetings, regular attendance at SMUK Office in Hungerford and occasional travel within Europe.


You’ll really be able to make your mark, as the Sales manager you will be responsible for increasing sales of both cartridges and dispensers across your assigned accounts.  Implementing plans to increase sales revenue within assigned accounts.

  • Achieving revenue growth through customer retention and new business development
  • Taking responsibility for direct selling and the appointment/management of distributors and agents
  • Promoting the Company and its products at trade fairs as appropriate
  • Negotiating terms of business
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and correspondence where appropriate
  • Producing reports and providing other relevant information as required by the company
  • Liaising with production, engineering and other departments as appropriate


Are you a self-motivated and dynamic individual capable of developing relationships and driving results?  Do you have good communication skills at all levels and the ability to recognise and execute a given opportunity? 


Your Profile 

  • HND qualified or above in a business or sales discipline, a degree qualification would be desirable
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing 
  • Experience in the sealants and adhesives industry is an advantage.
  • Should have previous experience within a field sales role
  • Should be technically minded 
  • Previous experience within a personal equipment or tools environment would be an advantage
  • Role will be 50% travel throughout the UK to meet our customers  
  • Occasional travel within Europe
