Join our TFS AME  team within Chemtech division in United States as TFS/TAS (Replacement In-Kind Fixed Equipment / Installation Services) Outside Sales to help us take Tower Field Service to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with current customers
  • Aggressively pursuing profitable organic growth by targeting new customers by cold calling, presenting, and promoting Sulzer TFS/TAS services
  • Ensuring a sales pipeline is developed with forecast opportunities identified as short-, medium-, and long-term prospect
  • Daily usage of CRM to include call activity, opportunities, wins and losses
  • Having a comprehensive understanding of customers, marketplace, and competitor strengths and weaknesses within the defined territory
  • Timely completion of monthly reporting

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Established relationships directly with plants in the oil & gas industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent work experience is accepted in lieu of degree)
  • 5+ years' experience with Fixed Equipment or Service sales in the oil & gas industry
  • Experience managing multiple and competing stakeholder requirements
  • Excellent communication and self-motivation skills
  • Excellent networking, relationship, and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and prior experience with CRM software
