We are looking for a/an Senior Business Controller  to join our CT_MTCS team in United States.  

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Serve as the primary financial liaison between local operations and the CoE, ensuring seamless coordination of key financial and project management activities. 
  • Oversee day-to-day activities for inventory management, backlog tracking, customer order profitability, and utilization metrics.
  • Lead strategic planning to align sales and operations, manage large capital projects, and oversee working capital planning.
  • Manage and track capital and operating budgets, including billing and revenue recognition, to ensure financial objectives are met. 
  • Conduct analysis and generate action plans to address performance gaps, improving overall site performance and overssing capacity planning for accurate hourly rate calculations. 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Experience working within the manufacturing or industrial sectors. 
  • Strong understanding of cost controlling, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising between local operations and CoE, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, experience with Tagetik and QlikSense and understanding of SAP.
