Join our Chemtech Americas (CT AME)  team within Chemtech division in United States as CT AME Controller to help us drive profitable growth within the Chemtech AME region.  

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Providing strong support for the Regional Head to improve project execution discipline, embedded into proficient usage of CT Processes and SAP environment
  • Ensuring financial transparency of workshop hourly rates, production efficiency rates and corresponding feedback loops into project costing / pre-calculations
  • Fostering financial discipline on projects through value chain
  • Fostering talent development for the regional finance teams
  • Driving collection focus via close interactions with business teams and ensuring inventory discipline, balancing securing material purchase prices vs cash trapped in inventory
  • Strong support on critical projects

 

 To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 20+ years of experience in Finance & Controlling
  • Experience working in a global engineering and manufacturing company
  • Proven experience with integrated ERP Systems, SAP preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently between subsidiaries in Mexico City, Tulsa, and office located around Houston
  • Experience working in a stock exchange traded company under IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards
  • Strong commercial awareness and deep business understanding
