Join our ST AME  team within Chemtech division in United States as Applications Engineer

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  •  Developing technical and commercial proposals and configuring the design for Level 1 projects.
  •  Under supervision, responding to all technical and commercial responses to the customer.
  •  Follow up on all inbound projects and updating the sales tool.
  •  Reviewing and approving the scope of supply and creating a draft of the job.
  •  Meeting on site with internal and external customers to review specification and requirements, present and discuss the proposal and project initiation.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  •  Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering or 2 years of similar experience in a related field of Applications/Process Engineering in a mass transfer/distillation focus.
  •  Knowledge of commercial terms.
  •  Eagerness to learn and grow in knowledge and skills.
  •  Experience using PRO II, ChemCad, and/or AutoCAd a plus.
  •  Experience in the process industry, mass transfer industry, or heat transfer industry a plus.
  •  Ability to prepare process designs, commercial and technical proposals.
  •  Analytical capability as required to collect, review, assess, and interpret customer's data, process requirements, design specifications, and parameters.
  •  Experience in the use of personal computers, including word-processing, spread sheets, and CRM.
  •  Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
  •  Occasional travel based on job requirements.
