Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

Manage day-to-day operations, prioritizing safety, environmental compliance, and 
adherence to quality standards.


• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the division, ensuring financial targets are met or 
exceeded by effectively managing costs, maximizing revenue streams, and implementing 
strategies to enhance profitability.
• Cultivate a positive work environment by actively engaging with employees, setting clear 
expectations, and promoting teamwork.
• Drive technical advancement within the division by staying abreast of industry trends and 
continuously improving coating solutions.
• Optimize work processes to enhance efficiency and profitability, ensuring alignment with 
monthly budgets.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

  • 15-20 plus years of Siemens V84 gas turbine field technical execution experience in project 
    management and/or technical direction
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering a plus
  •  Ability to manage a team of Siemens Technical specialists to execute all levels of scheduled and non-scheduled outage activities
  • Travel required to quote pending or executing projects
  • Sulzer in person office interface required on a balanced basis
  • Additional Siemens gas turbine experience a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills imperative
