Global Product Manager Surgery - Full Time - HaagSwitzerland

Join our Surgery team within medmix in Switzerland as a Global Product Manager Surgery to help us take Product Management to the next level. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Drive results to ensure key commercial objectives are met for the assigned product line
  • Deliver commercial inputs for product development and implement strategies to optimize input from HCPs and Sales team
  • Analyze and report regularly on product performance via highly data driven metrics
  • Formulate new strategies for optimization of product pipeline/design management
  • Actively communicate and codify device procedure improvements and techniques that lead to optimized patient outcomes
  • Organize regular product trainings and capture any device or procedural improvements
  • Routinely communicate with the sales force regarding product updates and availability, competitive activity, sales positioning, best practices
  • Work closely with key opinion leaders and key customers to maximize their participation in launch activities
  • Organize business plans to determine how new products will fit into sales portfolio
  • Organize and execute market research to give actionable data to engineering team and recommendations based on results
  • Analyze potential new markets and products to determine value of pursing developing solutions to unmet needs in adjacent disease states
  • Maintain current knowledge through relevant literature 

 

 

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, business, biological/clinical science, or engineering, biomedical engineering) with a minimum of three (3) years of medical device/medical products marketing experience. Medical device sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to translate product/customer feedback into valuable insights 
  • Excellent advocacy and persuasive/influencing skills
  • Proficient software skills across all standard programs; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Self-starter
  • Proficient English, further European languages are a plus
