We service our own original equipment as well as all other third-party rotating equipment operated by our customers to maximise sustainability and cost efficiency over the product life cycle.

As a Field Service Coordinator, you will prepare, organize, and manage field service projects of pumps and other rotating equipment for our customers in power plants and refineries as well as in plants in the chemical and process engineering industries in South-West of the Netherlands (Rotterdam area).


In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Carry out site visits to evaluate site circumstances in respect of safety, define required personnel, equipment and tools and required training
  • Prepare cost estimates and define schedule according to specifications including required lease personnel and sub suppliers, prepare all documentation for tendering engineer
  • Provide technical support and training as needed
  • Establish safe and proper work area, provide regular trainings for field service staff and follow all safety requirements

 
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or comparable training / experience
  • Relevant professional experience in the service of pumps, compressors, or other rotating machinery
  • To do a proper planning, technical support and negotiation with customers and suppliers
  • Have the ability to work in a team as well as a high level of customer and service orientation 
  • Flexibility and accuracy 
  • Valid driver’s license (car)
  • Good command of English and Dutch (additional languages are a plus)
