We are looking for a/an Temporary Staff Accountant  to join our FE_WIBU  team in United States . This role will be a temporary position for up to 6 months to support the Finance team. 
 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Assist with month end closing procedures
  • Maintain account reconciliations
  • Resolve account discrepanices by investigating documentation and making recommendations
  • Review and reconcile billing due lisitng ensuring accuracy for invoicing
  • Caluclate and review commissions
  • Assist in collection efforts
  • Answer accounts receivable inquiries
  • Review codes and verify invoices processed through internal and external systems
  • Create and maintain vendor account information
  • Generate and manage payments to vendors

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Associates Degree in Accounting or closely related field and 3-4 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems
  • High degree of accuracy, analytic skills, technical accounting knowledge, and confidentiality
