We are looking for a Factory Sales Support and Order Entry Plant Specialist to join our FE_WIBU team in Easley, SC. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of non-project sales orders, processing warranty requests and associated documents are managed and delivered effectively.  Must report the progresses, according to factory procedure described in Quality Management System to the Sales Offices teams. Contribute actively to ensure Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Cost Optimization.


 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Manage non-project orders at OESO through receipt, procurement, production, and delivery. 
  • Ensures that all technical specifications are communicated to manufacturing and other departments as needed. 
  • Expedite as necessary to secure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • Receives and responds to requests from customers for price quotations for special request, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
  • Process warranty orders, customer complaints via CaWeb system, service notifications, service orders, return authorizations and credit memos
  • Coordinate with the factory and communicate with the sales offices regarding order status
  • Always acts in compliance with Sulzer Delegation of Authority, Sulzer Code of Business Conduct, and relevant legal requirements, including but not limited to export regulations.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Must have good communication skills and strong organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and SAP/ERP System
  • Decision making and project coordination
  • Good communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Continuous improvement and solution provider mentality
  • Results oriented mindset
  • Customer order execution focus
