Customer Service Representative - Full Time - Easley (SC)United States

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Maintaing positive customer relations when dealing with customers and Accounts Managers concerning matters that require discretion & judgment. 
  • Handling of new business orders including reviewing purchase orders for all necessary order entry requirements and processing the order within the ERP system.
  • Receiving and responding to telephone/email requests from customers and distributors for purchase orders, order changes, adjustments & cancellations.
  • Follow ups on inquiries by checking for delivery information working closely with production regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments.
  • Maintaining files of active order and post activities, such as change notices, scheduling changes and partial shipments.
  • Directs information concerning customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate department for investigation; address billing/service concerns.



To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
  • Ability to work under time contraints and expedite items as needed.
  • Ability to navigate SAP, Sharepoint, and Mfiles
  • Detail oriented and organized.
