Join our CT_ST AME team within Chemtech division in Mexico as Production Superintendent to help us take Structured Packing to the next level. 


In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Coordinate the planning, execution and delivery activities of equipment manufactured at CTMX.
  • Monitoring and reporting of the KPI'S defined and established for the Plant and that they are kept within the established limits.
  • Correct execution of the production in time and quality.
  • Continuous improvement of the processes within the production area using the current ERP: SAP.
  • Management and administration of Production Supervisors


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical, Industrial or related engineering (completed).
  • 5 years in production processes in the metal-mechanical industry.
  • Software Knowledge: SAP
  • Management of union and non-union employees
  • Oral and written English (advanced)
