Business Process Manager to join our Services_AME team in United States. We are looking for a
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Directly or through delegation, manage Business Process Activities:
- RFQ and tendering processing
- Procurement processes
- Order entry processing, order planning, order coordination / project management
- Central point of contact for customer questions regarding schedules and other inquiries at the service center.
- Ensure expeditious communication with customer on tenders, order changes, status updates and concerns
- Management of orders through to completion and ensure changes to order are conveyed to appropriate departments
- Monthly Sales Forecasting support
- Provides counsel to Engineering, Quality, procurement, and manufacturing with key activity due dates and work prioritization
- Support activities related to sales department regarding tenders, procurement, and orders
- Actively involved with standardization and continuous improvement processes
- Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and QESH Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
- Other management responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager and General Manager, as well as maintaining all company initiatives
- Responsible for direct report’s activities.
- Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualification in Engineering, Science or Business discipline or approved combination of experience and education
- Minimum of five years’ experience in closely related position. Preferably in a Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service environment
- Strong Commercial awareness
- Experience in negotiation in a Commercial environment
- Staff Management experience
- Knowledge of Pump or other Manufacturing and Project Management
- Experience with engineered products and quality principles
- Proficient knowledge of Nuclear, Commercial, or Export markets
- Demonstrate computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and all aspects of SAP strongly preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience a plus
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sectional drawings, engineered bill of materials
- The ability to read and understand customer specific requirements on inquiries and purchase orders
