We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our Services_AME team in United States.  

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

  • Directly or through delegation, manage Business Process Activities:
    • RFQ and tendering processing
    • Procurement processes
    • Order entry processing, order planning, order coordination / project management
    • Central point of contact for customer questions regarding schedules and other inquiries at the service center.
    • Ensure expeditious communication with customer on tenders, order changes, status updates and concerns    
    • Management of orders through to completion and ensure changes to order are conveyed to appropriate departments
    • Monthly Sales Forecasting support
    • Provides counsel to Engineering, Quality, procurement, and manufacturing with key activity due dates and work prioritization
    • Support activities related to sales department regarding tenders, procurement, and orders
    • Actively involved with standardization and continuous improvement processes
  • Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and QESH Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
  • Other management responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager and General Manager, as well as maintaining all company initiatives        
  • Responsible for direct report’s activities.
  • Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned


To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

  • Qualification in Engineering, Science or Business discipline or approved combination of experience and education
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in closely related position. Preferably in a Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service environment
  • Strong Commercial awareness
  • Experience in negotiation in a Commercial environment
  • Staff Management experience
  • Knowledge of Pump or other Manufacturing and Project Management
  • Experience with engineered products and quality principles
  • Proficient knowledge of Nuclear, Commercial, or Export markets
  • Demonstrate computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and all aspects of SAP strongly preferred
  • Salesforce CRM experience a plus
  • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sectional drawings, engineered bill of materials
  • The ability to read and understand customer specific requirements on inquiries and purchase orders
